My name is Shannon Budd, a former Care Leaver who wants to make a difference in other children, teenagers and young people's lives. My company was founded with one clear mission: to inspire, educate, and equip care-experienced young people with the mindset and life skills to thrive.

I work alongside foster agencies, organisations, and community groups to deliver engaging workshops, speaking sessions, lived experience, and collaborative projects focused on:

As a care-experienced entrepreneur, I use my lived experience to deliver powerful workshops, speaking engagements, and collaborative projects to support young people in and leaving care.

Alongside my work within the care community, I have built a strong online presence by sharing my own lived experience,insights ino the care system, and content that raises awareness of the challenges and succces of care-expierenced people. 

Through this work, my content has reached over 1 million views across social media platforms,helping to inform audiences and spark important conversations and show representation to the care community.
